Every year since the beginning of Emmanuel Baptist Church we have taken up a Happy Birthday Jesus offering. This offering has been used for various improvements to our facilities, gifts for missions and the very first one was the down payment on our first building so many years ago. This year we are looking forward to making our church facility more family friendly by adding a playground for the children and a deck for increased fellowship area. If you would like to give a birthday gift to Jesus this year, simply mark your check or giving envelope Jesus Birthday! We will be taking up the special offering on Sunday Morning December 20th. Many folks in the past have made a pledge on that Sunday morning and have given all year long toward Jesus Birthday Gift, we encourage you to do so this year as well.
